JCR Planning has been instructed by Carmarthen Care Limited to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of a Residential Care Annexe, with Relocated Parking Area and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals consist of a three-storey building providing additional bedspaces to elderly residents, together with communal day & dining room and staff facilities, which will be sited upon the existing visitor car park within the rear grounds of the Care Home.

The car park is proposed to be relocated to a discreet location off the existing internal driveway, and which is enveloped by mature trees and hedgerows.
