JCR Planning has been instructed to undertake a pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed development as required by the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016.

The development at Carew Airfield, Carew, Pembrokeshire, SA70 8SX, comprises the proposed change of use of land from scrap metal storage to metal recycling, vehicle storage, depollution and dismantling (authorised treatment) facility.
