JCR Planning has been instructed to undertake a pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed development as required by the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016.
The proposed development at land to the south-west of 152 Heolgerrig, Merthyr Tydfil, comprises the change of use of land for the keeping of horses, including stables (proposed) and the grading of the immediate ground area to form a level area for animal welfare purposes (retrospective).
