JCR Planning has been instructed to undertake a pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed development as required by the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016.

The application relates to land at Parke Farm, Merrion, Pembroke, and proposes the establishment of a summer campsite for up to forty tents, touring caravans and campervans, along with associated infrastructure, drainage, electrical service hook ups and sanitary facilities.

The application site comprises a small area of Parke Farm, previously utilised as a camping site, under the various permitted development exemptions. The intention is to create level camping pitches, as well as:-

  • drainage for new sanitary facilities
  • electrical connections network and transformer upgrade
  • site broadband installation
  • extensive landscaping
  • shop facility
  • EV charging points
