JCR Planning Ltd have been engaged by the owners of Pantgwyn Farm to begin a formal Pre-Application Consultation exercise for a new Corporate Events Venue at their property, as a pre-cursor to the submission of a full planning application to Carmarthenshire County Council in due course. The Venue will use the site’s 5ha (including 5 lakes) for the purposes of clay pigeon shooting and fishing events, as well as a deer management courses. Events will take place at the site for 150 days per annum, with the remainder of the year being given over to the general management of the holding to ensure that it continues to represent a valuable asset to the Carmarthenshire tourism economy for years to come.
