JCR Planning has been instructed by Hendre Homes Limited to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 18 Dwellinghouses, with formation of an Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals comprise a mix of semi-detached and linked three-bed houses, on land at Pen-y-Bont, 171 Waterloo Road, Penygroes.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 18th January 2019, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 18th February 2019.
