Our planning team is led by three Planning Directors who have worked on almost every form of development project in areas throughout England and Wales, helping land owners, community groups, developers and local authorities achieve their planning and development goals and objectives.

Jason has worked in both the public and private sectors at locations throughout England and Wales on a range of projects. He is also an appointed Mentor of the Welsh Government’s Farming Connect scheme. Jason has considerable knowledge of affordable housing issues, rural development opportunities and renewable energy projects.

Richard has some 25 years experience, both within the public and private sectors, covering all areas of Wales and West of England. He has dealt with a broad range of projects including appeals and development plan issues, certificates of lawfulness, commercial and residential site promotion.
Retail store at Newcastle Emlyn; Anaerobic Digestion Plant in Herefordshire, Residential Scheme in Worcestershire, won on appeal; multiple residential developments in Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Ceredigion; Expert witness at Enforcement Notice Inquiries; Award winning caravan park developments on West Wales coast.

Craig has over 30 years experience of all aspects of the Town and Country Planning system gained in both Wales and England. He has specialist knowledge of urban design, Listed Buildings, landscaping and preparing Environmental Impact Assessments. He has an interest in planning law and works closely with legal professionals.
Multiple residential sites; Environmental Assessment for a mineral extraction site; re-build of Listed thatched cottage in Devon; waste recycling plants in Birmingham and South Wales; expert witness at two large windfarm inquiries; site identification and land assembly for a range of commercial clients including housebuilders.
The Planning Team is assisted by a support team with a wide range of skills and experience. We also have a strong team of associates that we work regularly with upon which we are able to call to provide professional advice and expertise in other areas, such as ecology, highways, flood risk etc. when required.
