Residential development at Station Road, Kilgetty

JCR Planning has been instructed to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 15 Dwellinghouses, with formation of an Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals comprise a mix of detached and semi-detached houses, on land at Station Road, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 8th March 2019, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 5th April.
