Residential Development at 152 Coalbrook Road, Grovesend

JCR Planning have been instructed to prepare an Outline Planning Application for an indicative total of 19 Bungalows, with access road and associated infrastructure, at land part of 152 Coalbrook Road within the village of Grovesend.

The site consists of 0.75 hectares of well managed extended garden space set off the western flank of the B4296 road, adjoining established residential properties at High Street, and individual properties located adjoining and opposite at Coalbrook Road. The proposals seek to form a cul-de-sac development of 19 bungalows off a single new access off Coalbrook Road, with all proposed dwellings orientated to face that new estate road or the B road.

As part of the preparation process of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required  by  the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 and the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on the 31st July 2017 comments and responses to the draft planning application submission are now invited from all parties to be received no later than by 5pm on Wednesday 30th August 2017.
