Proposed Land Re-Forming and Stone Extraction with Replacement Agricultural Building at Coed Moelon, Pontyberem, Carmarthenshire

JCR Planning has been instructed by Mr N Richards to prepare an application for full planning permission for land re-forming and the extraction of stone with a replacement agricultural building at Coed Moelon, Pontyberem, Carmarthenshire.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 5th December 2019, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 9th January 2020.
