JCR Planning has been instructed by V&C Properties Ltd and Coastal Housing Group to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 20 dwellings (Affordables) with a new amenity space at land off Heol Pentre Bach, Gorseinon, Swansea.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 21st December 2018, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 21st January 2019.
