JCR Planning have assisted TD Tyre Recycling in acquiring a new commercial site at Cillefwr Industrial Estate.

We acted for the Company in submitting a tender for purchase of the greenfield plot off Alltycnap Road from Carmarthenshire CC, and will shortly be submitted proposals within a full planning application for a new, purpose-built warehousing depot and associated yard for this rapidly growing recycling business.

The Company intend to more than double its workforce over the next five years, with the new premises providing an essential component as a collection centre for waste tyres, before export to clients across the UK.
