JCR Planning is delighted to announce that full planning permission has been granted to re-develop a prime brownfield site on Pontamman Road on the outskirts of Ammanford. The former historic Old Mill fell abandoned and had to be removed several years ago. The site is to be redeveloped with 8 houses over a cul-de-sac setting. The new houses will all be three-bedroomed in scale, being three pairs of semi-detached townhouses and two detached houses.

Construction work will shortly commence, with the first new houses available by the end of the year.
