JCR Planning has submitted a planning application on behalf of International Wildlife Consultants Ltd. for the proposed change of use of the former fishing lakes and surrounding land at Ricketts Mill, Llysonnen Road, Carmarthen to create a natural habitat in order to facilitate the re-introduction of native wildlife species (namely beavers). The intention is to create an academic conservation and research opportunity, whilst fostering the welfare of British native species and also safeguarding endangered native species.
