Haverfordwest Garage Redevelopment

JCR Planning have been instructed to support an application to renew planning permission for a 60-flat sheltered housing complex at the former Imperial Garage at the edge of Haverfordwest.

We have produced a Viability Appraisal to secure an appropriate level of affordable housing at the site, which involves constructing three-storey blocks of apartments, communal resident lounges, laundrette and utility rooms, with courtyard parking and garden areas. The site remains available for immediate acquisition following the demolition of all commercial buildings on the site, and lies at the prominent frontages of Portfield and Snowdrop Lane, since permission was first secured in 2014.
