JCR Planning has been instructed to submit a Reserved Matters application in respect of an exceptions site for affordable housing at Langford Road, Johnston, Haverfordwest. The 26 unit development comprises a mix of single and two storey dwellings, together with eight 1 bedroom apartments, set around a cul-de-sac access road. All units have private garden/amenity areas, together with allocated parking provision. The scheme includes several biodiversity enhancement measures, including tree planting, bird boxes and provision for bat roosting. Developers are expected to commence works on site shortly.
