JCR Planning Ltd have successfully secured planning permission at appeal for 10 new luxury two and three bed chalets at the site of the former Blackhills Lane Nursery in Gower.

The scheme will see the removal of the existing deteriorating structures associated with the site’s former nursery business and redeveloped to deliver a form of high quality tourism accommodation not currently available in the Gower AONB.

JCR Planning Ltd is now working with the Applicants to help bring this landmark development to its welcomed point of delivery.
