Land Adjacent to Byrgwm, Brechfa, Carmarthenshire

JCR Planning have been instructed to assist in the preparation of an application for full planning permission for a Proposed Centre to support Mountain Biking & Walking, together with Associated Facilities, Dormitory Accommodation & Camping Pod Site at Land Adjacent to Byrgwm, Brechfa, Carmarthen.

The proposals seek to construct a multi-purpose two-storey facilities building at the site with surfaced car parking and improved access off the B4310 Brechfa to Abergorlech road. The Centre will be sited alongside the existing mountain biking trails found upon neighbouring land at Byrgwm. The Centre will provide overnight accommodation in the form of dormitories, together with the siting of camping pods within the northern extent of the former grazing enclosure.
