JCR Planning have been instructed by Watree Homes to prepare an application for full planning permission to demolish the existing house at 89 Gorof Road in Lower Cwmtwrch, and construct a total of 11 Detached Dwellinghouses off a new access road.

Proposed Residential Development (20 Bungalows) at land off Heol Pentre Bach, Gorseinon, Swansea

JCR Planning Ltd has been instructed by V&C Properties Ltd (the Applicant) to prepare and submit a full planning application for 20 residential dwellings on land off Heol Pentre Bach, Gorseinon, Swansea. The scheme will see the sympathetic development of a parcel of land adjoining the existing urban area in the form of a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows, as well as the provision of a new area of open amenity space for use by both existing and future residents of the area.  

As part of the preparation process of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 and the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). It also follows the guidance of Appendix 1 of the letter sent by the Welsh Government to Chief Planning Officers dated 1st February 2016. This consultation process relates to a draft planning application, which consists of the documents set out below.

Commencing on the 29th January 2018 therefore, comments and responses to the draft planning application submissions are now invited from all parties by 5pm 26th February 2018. JCR Planning have been instructed by Pobl Group to prepare an application for full planning permission for 103 Dwellinghouses, Access Road & Associated Infrastructure, at land adjoining the former Goodig Hotel, Pwll Road, Burry Port.

The site consists of undulating to sloping pasture set off the northern flank of Pwll Road, extending to the curtilage of the former Hotel site. The proposals seek to relocate the existing access and establish an estate development comprising of three developed plateaus of a mix of house types.

JCR Planning have been instructed to prepare an Outline Planning Application for an indicative total of 19 Bungalows, with access road and associated infrastructure, at land part of 152 Coalbrook Road within the village of Grovesend.

The site consists of 0.75 hectares of well managed extended garden space set off the western flank of the B4296 road, adjoining established residential properties at High Street, and individual properties located adjoining and opposite at Coalbrook Road. The proposals seek to form a cul-de-sac development of 19 bungalows off a single new access off Coalbrook Road, with all proposed dwellings orientated to face that new estate road or the B road.
