JCR Planning has been instructed to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 26 Bungalows and Community Car Park with the formation of an Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals comprise a mix of semi-detached and detached two/three-bed bungalows, on land opposite Cwmifor Community Hall, Cwmifor, Carmarthenshire.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). The draft planning application comprises the plans, documents and statements listed below, which can be viewed by simply clicking on that item.

Commencing on 22 February 2019, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 21st March 2019. The proposals comprise a mix of semi-detached and linked three-bed houses, on land at Pen-y-Bont, 171 Waterloo Road, Penygroes.

JCR Planning has been instructed by Haywood Homes Limited to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 19 Dwellinghouses, with formation of an Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals consist of a final phase of residential development off Parc Gwernen, and comprise a mix of detached three-bed bungalows, with four-bedroomed houses and pair of semi-detached two-bedroomed houses.

Residential Development at Cefn Farm & Dan-y-Dderwen, Rhydargaeau

JCR Planning has been instructed by Moelfre Developments Limited to prepare an application for full planning permission for the construction of 12 Dwellinghouses, with formation of an Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure. The proposals consist of a second phase of residential development off Dan-y-Dderwen, and comprise a mix of detached four-bedroomed houses with semi-detached two-bedroomed houses and bungalows.

Replacement offices (with reception), a new produce processing unit, car parking, a new water treatment plant and the temporary siting of a series of portacabins for the purposes of offices at their headquarters at Withybush Road, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

JCR Planning Ltd has been instructed by Puffin Produce Ltd (the Applicant) to prepare and submit a planning application for replacement offices (with reception), a new produce processing unit, car parking, a new water treatment plant and the temporary siting of a series of portacabins for the purposes of offices at their headquarters at Withybush Road, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. The application represents the company’s ongoing process of sustaining sustainable growth in an efficient and effective manner to the benefit of both its producers and customers. 

Proposed 20 Residential Dwellings at 188 St Teilo Street, Pontardulais, Swansea

JCR Planning Ltd has been instructed by V&C Properties Ltd (the Applicant) to prepare and submit a full planning application for 20 residential dwellings on land at 188 St Teilo Street, Pontardulais, Swansea. The scheme will see the sympathetic redevelopment of a former garden nursery site and its associated now derelict buildings and structures within the existing urban area in the form of a mix of dwelling types and scales.
