89 Gorof Road, Lower Cwmtwrch, Ystradgynlais

JCR Planning have been instructed by Watree Homes to prepare an application for full planning permission to demolish the existing house at 89 Gorof Road in Lower Cwmtwrch, and construct a total of 11 Detached Dwellinghouses off a new access road.

The site consists of approximately half a hectare of residential curtilage with a vacant two-storey house centrally located off an individual access. It is proposed to demolish the house and relocate the access off Gorof Road to form a new cul-de-sac arrangement, with all new detached houses equipped with detached or integral garaging and traditional rear garden space.

As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 31st January 2018, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 2nd March 2018.
