JCR Planning has been instructed by HopSea Limited to prepare an application for full planning permission for the Demolition of the existing Detached House at 4 Langland Road in Mumbles, and construct a block of 12 Residential Apartments, with surfaced car parking, detached bin store and access improvements.
The proposals include for a four-storey block set partly over the footprint of the existing house, with car parking to the rear curtilage and boundary with Underhill Park. The proposals will seek to utilise the existing access which will be widened, and road frontage wall and scrubs reformed to allow for improved visibility.
As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). Commencing on 5th March 2018, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than 3rd April 2018.
